Privacy Policy
How AI Dance Generator collects, uses, stores and deletes your photos, videos and account data.

This policy explains what AI Dance Generator ("we", "us") collects when you use the website, why, who helps us process it, how long we keep it and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Account details. Your email address and name, a hashed password if you sign up with email, or your basic Google profile (name, email, profile picture) if you sign in with Google.
Photos you upload. The photo you upload to make a dance video, plus its file name, size and type.
Videos we generate. The dance videos created from your photos, and the dance, quality and credits used for each one.
Payments. Your plan, credit purchases, credit balance and order history. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never reach our servers; we receive only what Stripe tells us about the payment (such as amount, status and the plan or pack you bought).
Usage and device data. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and actions such as starting a generation or a download. We use this to keep the service secure (for example, rate limits), fix problems and understand which features people use.
Cookies. We use cookies that the site needs to work, such as keeping you signed in. Analytics cookies are used only as described in the cookie banner; where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first.
How we use it
- To make your dance videos: your photo and the dance you pick are sent to our video generation provider, and the finished video is stored so you can watch and download it.
- To check photos before generation: each photo goes through an automated safety check that blocks nudity and other content our terms do not allow.
- To run your account: sign-in, credits, purchases, receipts and support.
- To keep the service safe: preventing abuse, fraud and attacks.
- To improve the service: aggregated usage statistics.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos or videos in our marketing without your separate permission.
Who processes your data for us
We share data only with providers that help us run the service, and only what each needs:
- Cloudflare: hosting, database and file storage for photos and videos
- Kie.ai: generating the dance video from your photo
- SeeAPI: automated safety check of uploaded photos
- Stripe: payment processing for purchases: checkout, payments, subscriptions, receipts and refunds
- Google: sign-in with Google (if you use it) and analytics
- Email delivery provider: account emails such as verification and password reset
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers' standard contractual clauses.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos: deleted automatically 7 days after upload.
- Generated videos: available for 30 days after they are made, then deleted.
- Account data: kept while your account is open and removed when you delete your account.
- Payment and credit records: kept after account deletion, without your personal details, for accounting, tax and fraud prevention.
- Logs and security data: kept for a limited time, then deleted or anonymized.
Your choices and rights
- Download your data: in Settings → Profile, "Download my data" gives you your profile, orders, subscriptions, credit history, generations and uploads as a file.
- Delete your account: in Settings → Profile, "Delete my account" removes your profile, sign-in methods, generations and uploads. Payment and credit records are kept without your personal details.
- Correct your details: update your name in Settings → Profile, or contact us.
- Cookies: change your choice in the cookie banner or your browser settings.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may also have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict some processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To use these rights, email us at the address below. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Photos of other people and children
Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission. A photo of a child may only be uploaded by the child's parent or legal guardian. The service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create accounts. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS, payment details are handled by Stripe, and sensitive settings are stored encrypted. No service is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit who can access it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For significant changes, we will let signed-in users know before the change takes effect.
