Refund Policy

When AI Dance Generator refunds credit packs and subscriptions, how to cancel, and how to ask for a refund.

We want you to be happy with your dance videos. This page explains when you can get your money back, how to cancel a subscription and how to ask for a refund. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Failed generations

If a video fails to generate, the credits it used go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask, and you can try again right away.

Credit packs

You can get a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of buying it, as long as none of its credits have been used.

Subscriptions

  • First payment: you can get a full refund of your first subscription payment (monthly or yearly) within 14 days, as long as none of the credits from that period have been used.
  • Renewals: renewal payments are not refundable. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.

What is not refundable

  • Renewal payments.
  • Credit packs or subscription periods whose credits have been partly or fully used.
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the payment.
  • Credits lost when an account is deleted, or closed for breaking our Terms of Service.

How to cancel a subscription

Go to Settings → Billing and choose Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active, with its credits, until the end of the period you have paid for, and it will not renew after that. Cancelling does not refund the current period by itself; see the rules above.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@ai-dancegenerator.com from the email address on your account, and include the date of the purchase. We reply within 5 business days.

If the refund is approved:

  • the refund is issued through Stripe to the original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it;
  • the credits from that purchase are removed from your balance;
  • a refunded subscription is cancelled.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually sort things out faster.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection law of the country where you live.
