Terms of Service

The rules for using AI Dance Generator: accounts, credits, subscriptions, refunds and what you may upload.

These terms are an agreement between you and AI Dance Generator ("we", "us") and apply when you use the website at ai-dancegenerator.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

AI Dance Generator turns a photo you upload into a short AI-generated dance video based on a dance you choose. Results are created by AI and can vary: a video may not match the dance exactly, and faces, hands or backgrounds may look different from your photo.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Credits, subscriptions and payments

  • Making a video costs credits. The number of credits is shown before you start and depends on the dance length and the quality you choose.
  • Subscriptions add credits each billing period (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until you cancel. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits do not expire.
  • Prices are shown on the pricing page. Purchases are sold to you by AI Dance Generator. Payments are processed by Stripe, which charges your payment method and sends your receipts; we do not see or store your full card details. Taxes may be added where required.
  • You can upgrade an active monthly subscription at any time to a higher monthly plan or to a yearly plan. You pay the full price of the new plan when you upgrade, a new billing period starts that day and the new plan's credits are added at once. Unused time on your previous plan is not refunded or credited. Downgrades and changes to a yearly subscription are not available mid-period: cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the new plan after the period you paid for ends.
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → Billing. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and will not renew.
  • We may change prices or credit amounts for future purchases or renewals. We will tell subscribers before a change applies to them.

Refunds

If a video fails to generate, its credits go back to your balance automatically. Unused credit packs and an unused first subscription payment can be refunded within 14 days; renewals and used credits are not refundable. The full rules and how to ask are in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

What you may upload

You may only upload photos that you have the right to use. In particular:

  • Upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it. A photo of a child may only be uploaded by the child's parent or legal guardian.
  • Do not upload nudity or sexual content, violent or hateful content, or anything illegal.
  • Do not use the Service to impersonate, harass, mislead or embarrass someone, or to make content that suggests a person did something they did not do.
  • Do not upload photos of public figures or other people to make videos of them without their permission.
  • Do not try to get around our safety checks, overload the Service, or access it by automated means except through features we provide.

Photos are checked automatically before generation and may be refused. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.

Child sexual abuse material

We do not allow child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind. Do not upload, generate, request or share any sexual or sexualized image or video of a minor, including content that is AI-generated, edited or made to look like a minor. We remove such content, close the account at once and without refund, keep the records the law requires, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the relevant authorities.

Non-consensual intimate content

We do not allow non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). Do not upload or generate nude, sexual or intimate images or videos of a real person without their consent, including "deepfake" or AI-altered content that makes a person appear nude or sexual, and do not use the Service to threaten to share such content. We remove such content and close the account. People shown in such content can ask us to remove it as described below.

Reporting content

To report content that breaks these terms, including CSAM, non-consensual intimate content, impersonation or a video made from your photo without your consent, email support@ai-dancegenerator.com with the subject "Content report". Please include a link to or description of the content, why you are reporting it, and how we can reach you. Do not attach sexual images of minors to your report: describe where the content is instead.

We review every report and act on it within 24 hours of receiving it: we remove or block access to content that breaks these terms, take action on the account, and reply to let you know what we did. Reports of CSAM are also passed to NCMEC and the authorities.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited permission to store, process and send them to our providers only to run the Service for you (for example, to generate, show and let you download your videos).

Subject to these terms and the law, you may use the videos you make for personal and commercial purposes, including posting them on social media. You are responsible for how you use them, including having the rights to anything you add to them.

Our content

The Service, its design, software, dance templates, example media and brand belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or resell them, except for the videos you make as described above.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features and dances. If we shut down the Service, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

Disclaimers and limits

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties about the results or that the Service will meet your needs, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings → Profile. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Unused credits are lost when an account is deleted or closed for breaking these terms, except where the law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let signed-in users know before the change takes effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
